What I Do
Machine Learning
In machine learning, you collect and preprocess data to train models that can make predictions or classifications. You select the right algorithm, train it with your data, evaluate its performance using metrics, and deploy the model to make real-world predictions. Regular monitoring and updating of the model ensure it remains accurate over time.
Deep Learning
Deep learning involves working with large datasets and complex neural networks to solve advanced problems like image recognition or language processing. You design and train deep neural networks, optimize hyperparameters, evaluate their performance, and deploy the models. Continuous monitoring and retraining keep the models effective.
Data Visualization
In data visualization, you transform raw data into graphical formats like charts, graphs, and maps to reveal patterns and insights. You choose the right visualization type, design it for clarity and impact, and use tools like Matplotlib or Tableau. The goal is to make data easily understandable, often guiding viewers through a narrative with the visuals.
Django (Web Development)
Define models to structure your database and write views to process user requests and interact with the database. Templates are used to render HTML content dynamically. URL routing directs users to the right views, while Django’s built-in admin interface allows easy management of data. You handle forms for user input, implement security features, and write tests to ensure your app works correctly.
